Shipping policy
At House of Daang, we take pride in delivering timeless, elegant fashion to your doorstep—no matter where you are in the world. Our goal is to ensure your handcrafted couture arrives swiftly, safely, and seamlessly.
Where Do We Deliver?
We ship to most global destinations, with a few exceptions. Currently, we do not ship to Russia, Bangladesh, Ghana, or Pakistan. Please note that P.O. Box addresses are not serviceable by our courier partners—kindly provide a full street address including zip/pin code to avoid delays.
For deliveries to residential addresses in countries like the USA and select others, packages may be left at the doorstep if no one is available to receive them. We recommend ensuring someone is present to accept the delivery, as the House of Daang cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Delivery Timelines

India: Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

International: We use trusted partners like DHL, FedEx, and other express services to deliver within 7–10 business days.

Orders are shipped from our studio in India. There are no dispatches on Sundays or public holidays.
For made-to-measure or pre-order items, shipping timelines may vary. Estimated dispatch durations will be mentioned on the product page.
Shipping Charges

India: Free shipping on all orders.
International: Shipping is charged at INR 2,500 per kg. Additional customs, duties, or VAT may apply as per the destination country’s policies.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details and the courier partner’s information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active on the courier’s website.
Packaging
Each garment is individually wrapped and securely packed in a custom-branded corrugated box to maintain pristine condition during transit.
Transit Risk & Responsibility
All shipments are fully insured until they reach your delivery address. In case of loss or non-delivery by the courier, we will reprocess or refund your order. However, once delivery is confirmed, House of Daang is not liable for any damages, loss, or theft.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate. Any penalties, delays, or additional costs due to incorrect addresses will be borne by the customer. Re-shipping due to address issues will incur additional charges.
Address Changes
If you wish to alter your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, we may not be able to modify the shipping details.
Multiple Address Orders
Currently, we do not support splitting a single order to multiple delivery addresses. To ship to different addresses, kindly place separate orders.
International Duties & Taxes
For international orders, custom duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included in your purchase price. These are levied by your local government and are the customer’s responsibility. The House of Daang does not have control over these charges.
Delayed Shipments
While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen delays may occur due to logistics, customs, or other external factors. In such cases, our support team will proactively update you. We may issue a voucher or store credit on a case-by-case basis for any inconvenience caused.
Lost Orders
If your order appears lost in transit, please allow up to 15 days for investigation and resolution. We will reprocess or refund as per the outcome of the courier investigation.
