Exchange, Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
At House of Daang, each garment is handcrafted to reflect elegance and timeless style. While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues may arise occasionally. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our guidelines for exchanges, returns, and shipping.
No Returns or Refunds
We maintain a strict no return and no refund policy. Due to the bespoke nature of our garments, all purchases are final.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

You must inform us within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you if you wish to initiate an exchange.

Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original labels and tags intact, and in their original packaging will be eligible for exchange.

Please ensure that your name, address, phone number, email, and order ID are mentioned on the parcel you return, along with details of the size needed (if applicable).

Size exchange is available — if you ordered the wrong size, you can request a bigger or smaller size, subject to availability.

If you prefer, we can issue store credit equivalent to the amount of the exchanged product minus shipping/COD charges (both ways). Store credit will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

The cost of shipping (both reverse pickup and delivery of the new item) must be borne by you.

After we confirm your eligibility, you may ship the item to us. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange. A customer service executive will guide you through the process for a seamless experience.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging appears tampered or the contents are damaged, we recommend:

Refusing delivery or accepting it with a remark noted with the courier.

Email us at info@houseofdaang.com with your order number, pictures/video, and concern within 24 hours of delivery.
Retaining all packaging until we provide further instructions.
Important Exchange Conditions

Products returned without prior confirmation may not be eligible for exchange.

All return shipments are to be arranged and borne by the customer.

Items purchased using a discount code or promotional offer are not eligible for exchange.

Custom-stitched or altered garments cannot be exchanged unless damaged or defective.

A video of the unpacking is required as proof to validate any damage claims.
We do not offer exchanges for sizing issues unless the wrong size was shipped by us.
Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

In rare cases, cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order may be reviewed at our discretion.
Approved cancellations will be refunded after deducting 10% platform and processing charges.
Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (India)

Free shipping on all orders across India.

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping

We ship globally except to Russia, Bangladesh, Ghana, and Pakistan.

International shipping charges: INR 2,500 per kg

Delivery within 7–10 business days after dispatch via premium courier partners like DHL and FedEx.

Duties, VAT, and customs fees are to be paid by the customer as per local regulations.
Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or Indian public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:

Tracking number

Courier partner name

Estimated delivery date
Tracking links may take 24 hours to activate on the courier's website.
Shipping Responsibility

All parcels are shipped fully insured until delivery.

House of Daang is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery is marked complete by the courier.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order, especially in international residential areas.
Incorrect Address & Re-Shipping

We are not responsible for incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses.

Any additional delivery charges due to an address error will be borne by the customer.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be reshipped after payment of additional shipping charges.
